Thank you for your interest in participating in our Cosplay Masquerade. Please fill out the following form in order to participate in any of the cosplay masquerade.
The Kids Cosplay Masquerade will take place Saturday June 25 at 4:20 pm and 13+ Cosplay Masquerade at 5:20 pm on the main stage. Please be ready and dressed for our masquerade and ready to come up on stage when announced, you will have 15 seconds to show your costume.
• Your photo will be taken and may be used in promotion.
• Kids (under 13) must be accompanied by a parent or tutor.
